Blog 10
Fairtax New Zealand's article published by the dominion post on the 7th of April 2014, forecasts how the New Zealand commercial property market is of popular investment for one of the worlds largest investor orginistaions in Asia. The non listed property investors have "combined property portfolios worth more than US $2 trillion"(Fairtax).

Main focus point featured in the article: New Zealand’s property market is of popular demand for overseas investors.

The article published by the dominion post relates to Welly Real estate as it is perhaps future investment that will enable some stability in the market and in turn could create profitability for Welly Real estate if the business branches off to commercial sales.

Advise to Welly Real Estate related to this article would be to look at the properties residential and commercial that they are selling and perhaps widen there market on commercial if it looks as if it is headed for big investment opportunities all over the world. As mentioned in other article analysings stated countries all over the world are interested in New Zealands property market but its about appealing to what they want. In this case selling of commercial properties and businesses would prove to be a profit maker relating to this article.
